Our telepsychiatry services provide convenient, secure access to personalized mental health care from the comfort of your home. Through virtual visits, you receive the same level of professional, compassionate treatment as you would in person—without the barriers of travel or scheduling challenges.

Ketamine has been shown to provide rapid relief for certain mental health conditions, particularly treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
We provide in-office nasal compounded Ketamine to provide a high level of comfort. The cost is per session.
Direct Care Psychiatry provides patients with direct access to the provider with longer visits and transparent pricing pain monthly. Our focus is on truly understanding your unique needs and creating a personalized care plan that supports your long-term mental wellness.
About Kyle West, DC, MSN, PMHNP
I graduated from Washington State University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. In 2007, I earned a Doctorate in Chiropractic from the University of Western States. In 2013, I completed my Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Cincinnati and became a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I went on to serve at the Spokane VA, working in the outpatient clinic as well as with the Healthcare for Homeless Veterans outreach program. Since 2019, I have been actively involved with Washington State University as an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry. In 2021, I established a direct care psychiatric clinic to provide accessible, personalized mental health services, and I also provide psychiatric care to the Muckleshoot Tribe through their behavioral health program.
